What can be returned?
You can return most products within 48 hours of delivery.
There are some exceptions:
Customised and personalized products cannot be returned.
For all other products, please check the product page for specific return information.
Used products are not acceptable
Return conditions
Products must be in original condition with all labels and tags intact.
Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or completely different from what was shown online.
All returns are subject to approval.

Refunds
You will receive your refund within 7-10 days.
After pickup, it takes 5-7 business days for the item to reach our warehouse and undergo a quality check.
Once approved, your refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
